Passing and Receiving.Movements: The center player movement starts the drill. Their movement triggers the other players movements, the players should find the space away from the defender and receive the ball while moving.
Receiving: Players receive with the back foot and pass with the front. There should be minimal time between receiving the ball and passing the ball. The touches should be rapid. Using no more than two touches to complete the next passing progression.Communication: Communication is important in this drill. Letting your teammates know when you are moving and when to pass the ball.
Rotate clock wise. Players should be at every station.
