Block one
Ball will be played in from the assistant coach into the CM (8) Can they scan and receive on their back foot to play forward into the striker (9). 9 will look to pin the back line and movement to get on the ball, in between defensive and midfield unit. Looking at the pass detail to from 9 to set the CM that will make a supportive run on the outside shoulder of the mannequin and pass the back to one of the wingers.
With the wingers we are looking for a positive first touch forward to beat the full back and deliver a low driven cross into the box.
Managing the movement of the opposite winger (back post runs)
Managing the CM (8) to become central and around the D
Managing the striker to make a run into the box depending on where the winger is
If GK catching/saves the ball, can they hit one of the mini goals.
Second ball will be added into the striker or into the CM to get repetitions in front of goal

Block two
Different pattern and CM looking to pass straight into the 9, that drops into the pocket behind the midfield unit.
What if? 9 can't turn because of CB's - Can CM look to support deeper and on the left shoulder, left winger to start a little better and making double movements to receive the ball at the byline. Looking at a big first touch to take the winger to the byline and different movements to get shots off at goal.

Block 3
Adding a CB into the practice to get more realistic movements from the players.
If the CB wins the ball, they have 3 seconds to get into the mini goals.
This will be more free play for the players and gives them freedom to combine.
