Individualize - Switching Play
7v7 - Coaching the Blues, Managing the Reds
Block 1 (6 minutes) - The team in possession must circulate the ball trying to change the game. Creating one on one on the wing looking to center the ball into the goal area. If they play on one wing and change the game to the other, they can attack. The offensive midfielders must reach the area to score a goal. The player on the opposite side can also come out of the corridor to attack in search of the center.
Block 2 (6 minutes) - All the concepts of the previous block plus the fact that once the switching play is performed, another player can join the runners to perform overload. If two switching plays are performed, it also counts as a point.
Block 3 (6 Minutes) - The game will be developed with the same objectives as the specific training without d, but the players will be given the freedom to make decisions, so that they understand when they should play on the wing and identify 1 vs 1.

Development:
The blue team (coaching) in possession starts the attack from the middle and seeks to play towards the runners to create the attack in the finishing zone. The aim is to move the ball from one side to the other switching play to generate 1 vs 1 and specifically for the wingers to work on dribbles and crosses to the box. Each player has a maximum of 3 touches except for the wingers who have free touches.
The red team out of possession tries to recover the ball by reducing the spaces and preventing them from playing on the wings in a balanced way. If they win the ball back, they have to score in the small goals within 10 seconds.
Team details in possession.
Circulate the ball quickly
Open the field, make the field wide
Mobility of forwards and midfielders (3 touches)
Forwards make well-defined supporting runs and breakaway runs.
Midfielders on the wings create passing lanes and receive in a defined manner to change the play. Receiving the ball with a wide leg. Reaching the box for the closest player to the attack. Quick transition to restart the play.
Wingers, making runs before receiving the ball, aggressiveness when dribbling (free touches), managing time and distance to cross or dribble inside and finish.
Switching play if the play is slow or the space is closed.
Team details out possession.
Play closing spaces, play narrow, defining the body to mark by orienting the wingers, player spares, references to the posts and the ball.
Intuition to intercept the ball. Holding the defensive line and retreating to occupy space when switching plays are in progress.
Quick attack and refocus when the ball is recovered. Forcing the opponent to play precisely to avoid losing the ball and taking risks in the extreme areas where scoring opportunities can arise.
