Micro Principle (30 mins)
Organization: Two 15 yard long by 20 yard wide grids with a 10 by 20 yard neutral zone in the middle. 2 goals on each endline.
Rules: 4v2 in defensive half. The team in possession tries to possess the ball into one of the players in the neutral area. They can only play into one of the neutral players off of a 1 touch pass. Once the ball gets played into one of the neutral plays they lay it off to the attacking team and they enter 4v4 in the other half. If possession is won back the neutrals have to leave. Play goal kicks and kick ins.

Rondo (30 mins)
Organization: 20 yard long by 10 yard wide field. Middle zone 5 yards by 10. 3 teams of 4 with 1 neutral target (coach).
Rules: Teams will look to connect 5 passes, then play into the target who has 1 touch to lay it off and play to the other side. If a team can transfer the ball over to the other side the 2 defenders come off and 2 new ones come on. The defending team gets out if they can win it and play to other team or cause a mistake. The team that gives away the ball becomes the new defending team and sends 2 new players in.
