180 Degree Turns:
Starts at middle cone.
Sprints to 1st cone and turns 180’.
Sprints from 1st cone to last cone (15 metres).
Focus: Getting low on the turn. Small steps.
Between 2-6 reps.

Reactive Change Of Direction:
10 metres between cones.
Starting movement:
1 - Side shuffles (facing sideways)
2 - Back pedal (facing backwards)
Anywhere between 0-10 metres, coach calls GO. Player must turn to face forward, and sprint to last cone as fast as possible. Coach can vary when they shout go, player must react.
Between 4-8 reps.
