- aim of practice is to develop pivot play as well as position rotation
1. players on side complete 1 pass before passing in middle and taking their place -> player in middle passes out and finds a spot on the side2. after each pass to the middle, rotate clockwise
3. after pass to middle -> a third player goes in
4. on a signal players attack a goal
