1 player runs to into the PK spot towards 1 of the coaches, coach makes and pass on the ground, player 1 touch shoots it on the ground to a corner.
2nd Coach then plays a ball in and player needs to react and shoot the second ball on the ground.
have them focus on looking up at the dummy defenders and shooting with placement over power on the ground to a corner
Should be high speed.
Again make a competition. 10 turns each player count goals, loser does 20 up downs
