FUNCTION Set up a practice as seen above with two teams of 4 and 2 Defenders in different colours. The Yellow player defends vs the Greens and the Red vs the Blue.
In their teams, Attackers must make 6 passes or play in between the Defenders for 1 goal. If the Defender wins the ball, they must dribble out of the area and give the ball back to the Attackers for 1. goal. This is the same for both teams.

FUNCTION
Set up the area with four teams of 3 with the relevant colours on each side of the area and 2 players from each team in the middle as seen in the image.
Green to Yellow plays East to West and Blue and red play North to South. The Attacking team in possession use both Target players, despite their colour.
The Attacking team gain one goal if they play from one Target player to another. If the Defending team win the ball, they must play to the Target player that is on their team - the same colour - to replicate a counter-attack and become the Attacking team.

FUNCTION
Set up the area with four teams of 3 and 4 boxes in the middle area as seen in the image. In the middle, players play 5v5 with 5 players on the outside who play for the team in possession.
Before the Attacking team score in one of the mini goals, the Attacking team must move the ball into each of the 4 boxes, moving the ball around the area.
If the Defending team win the ball they must look to score in one of the mini-goals. If successful, they then maintain possession of the ball. or both teams must try find all four boxes before scoring with outside players being neutral
PROGRESSION
players in possession cannot pass it to the same colour twice it must find another colour e.g if greens have possession the pass sequence must be green, yellow, green, yellow
COACHING POINT
RELIVEING THE PRESSURE if the pressure gets to much and there is not enough space players should search for thier outside players to relive pressure and time for attackers to create width and then support again

FUNCTION
Set up as seen above with two teams of three in the central area. on my call, the first 1 Defender enter the area and Defend against one group, in this case, the Yellow player defends the Greens and the Red vs the Blue.
In their teams, Attackers must make 6 passes for 1 goal. If the Attackers make 6 passes, the Defender leaves and their teammate comes into the area to Defend. If the Defender wins the ball, they must dribble out of the area and give the ball back to the Attackers and another Defender comes in to Defend. This is the same for both teams.
Change the team every 3 minutes.
COACHING POINTS
BODY SHAPE Players need to have a body shape to see the ball, the Defender and the 2 Attackers at all times to be able to get into positions to support the ball.
PASSING Players need to focus on their passing. As it is a quick passing exercise, they are encouraged to play on 1-2 touches as much as possible to move the ball quickly.
AWARENESS As the area is chaotic with a lot of players, the attacking teams need to be aware.
PROACTIVE MOVMENTS players to recognise opportunities before it happens.
SUPPORT Players need to support the player on the ball by offering a position on the edge of the area, or inside 'in between and being seen'.
