THE SESSION: Through balls & penetrating dribbles against a back 4
5 attackers v 4 defenders.
Attacking team plus GK attempt to break the defensive line of the opponent with dribbling and penetrating though balls.
Defending team can not defending in their 18 year box.
When attackers break the line they all spring over the half way line to support the player who breaks the line, they then have a two touch limit to score the goal.
Game restarts after the shot with the team who just defended starting with the ball from their keeper.
After the shot/goal allow 10 seconds before restarting the next game.
if there are 18 players then you can make the team who just defended go off to the side and their 4 team mates waiting by the goal start the attack and take their place.
Game over if player caught off side, turn over.
PROGRESSIONS:
