SETUP
Cones for dribbling and receiving the ball
Rebound for pass and receive
PRACTICE
This is a step up on pass and receive, the receiver needs to receive, pass back, move and receive.
Players start at section A and dribble through the cones. When the player gets to the end they pass to a player at section B. This player receives the ball and passes and passes back to the same player, moves to a new position around the cone, receives the ball again then passes to a new player at section C. This player does the same - passes back, moves past the cone and receives the ball back then the player dribbles forward, when they meet the cones they pass against the rebounder, receive back and driblle round the side then shout at the GK.
Once they've shot get the ball and go back to section A to start again.
