Small sided game: change in direction

Essence: To work on attacking and defending in changing directions. A mental and physical exercise.

Structure: Even sided teams, whichever team has a successful outcome, becomes the next team to defend, with the pitch changing in direction.

E.g. If orange are successful then they become defenders against green in the opposite direction.
