DB Multifunctional Warmup (1 GK)

Server tosses flighted ball into airbody area, GK claims cross and rosses back to server's hands
Server plays volley to GK at eye level, GK rolls back into server's feet and shows for return pass
Server plays into GK's back foot as S2 moves in front of mini goal and pressures on GK's touch
GK plays to open mini goal
S3 touches round mini goal and shoots

ES In posession w/ pressure to defending goal

Coach plays to either wide server (S1/S2)
S3 acts as pressing forward and may press goalkeeper from either side as soon as they're played the ball (must go around airbodies)
GK plays to open player (S1/S2), who plays ball back to Coach to restart sequence.
5x reps, then rotate the three server roles.

Progressions:

Add square ball and shot from S1/S2
Add option for initial ball to go into S3, who touches round airbody to finish on goal
