Method:
Players X 3. Cones X 4.
A starts drill by playing ball to B.
C then makes run to D.
B dribbles ball to C and makes pass to D.
A moves to B and D dribbles ball to A and passes to B and rotation keeps going.

Method:
Designed to improve a forward pass with an emphasis on the 'give and go'.
Coaching Points:
Drill starts by player at A dribbling ball towards shaded area.
once the dribble starts the defending player can set themselves to close down.
Once need edge the attacker can play left or right and move into shaded area to take a first time shot off the lay off.
to progress both wide players must also pass to each other and then lay off pass for a shot.
