Activity 2: technical move: Unopposed
Organization:
-Same as activity 1
Instructions:
-Players dribble towards the left cone to execute the maradona move
-After executing the move players dribble to the opposite line
Coaching Points:
-Drag the ball with sole of the foot away from defender
-Meanwhile, non-kicking foot comes of the ground
-Drag ball away with sole of the opposite foot
-Direction and distance of final touch (big ronaldo touch to get away from defender)
-Look up to see the space in front of you
-Approuch the defender (red cone) with messsi touches

Activity 3: Opposed
Organization:
Same as before
Instructions:
-Attacking players goal is to dribble across the field
-Defenders goal is to stop players from crossing by pressuring and tackling the ball of the field
-After a few minutes switch new defenders
Coaching Points:
-Recognize the space the defender closed out
-Cut in the space behind the defender
-Direction and distance of final touch

Activity 4: Conditioned play
Organization:
-Same as before with the addition of big goal and two small goals
Instructions:
-Attacking players goal is to dribble across the field and score on big goal
-Defenders goal is to stop players from crossing and win the ball to go score on small goals
-After a few minutes switch new defenders and goalie
Coaching Points:
-Recognize the space the defender closed out
-Cut in the space behind the defender
-Direction and distance of final touch
