Organization:
1. 25 x 35 Yard Grid
2. Separate players into 3 teams (depending on numbers)
3. 2 small goals
4. Coach has extra balls.
Instructions:
1. 2 teams (6 players) on the outside and 1 team (3 players) on the inside.
2. Outside players will play rondo (keep away) from the 3 defenders.
3. Outside players must connect (X) amount of passes to get 1 point.
4. If the defenders in the middle get position they can score on the small goals for 1 point.
5. If numbers of players are odd add a neutral player for attacking team.

5. Penetrating passes to go forward
Progression:
1. Limit touches
2. Make the space smaller
3. Count down timer - add urgency - speed of play.

Instruction:
1. Strikers (2 or 3) immediately pressure the ball to make play predictable.
2. Defender 4 defends outside middle to deny penetration or build up.
3. Defender 1 slides into the middle as central midfielder.
4. Pressing high and defend the strong side and communicate where to pressure and cover.

2. 1 Large goal
3. 2 small goals
4. Separate players into 2 teams
5. Have extra balls by all goals
Instructions:
1. 7v7 with pressing and counter pressing.
2. Pressure cover, but if we win the ball can we go forward right away. Find the highest attacker.
3. Ball always starts in the keepers hands.
4. Play for (X) amount of time then switch directions so both team get to shoot on the large goal.

Organization:

2. After each pass players will find space and look for the next ball.
3. Players need to work on receiving across body and playing quickly with back foot to go forward.
4. Players will pass for (X) amount of time, then challenge the players and only pass and receive with weak foot.
