Method: To begin, each team plays 3v3 with overall aim to score. One team will remain as attacking team for 3 minutes before changing. Attacking team look to attack as normal. If defending team wins the ball back, they should look to play forward quickly to one of 2 players who can enter the play for the middle zone box. Play then becomes 5v3 with the aim to score on the counter attack quickly.
Coaching Points: Counter attack quickly - tempo to stretch the opposition, creativity - encourage players to be creative on the ball, communication, forward runs - look to always play forward when opposition is unbalanced.

Method: Pitch is divided into 3 zones, middle x=zone allows attacking team to overload defending team 2v1 - players in this zone can drive into play to create overloads in their attacking third. Defending team must defend as normal, when they win the ball back, they should look to play forward quickly into their striker to start counter attack with overall aim to score.
Coaching Points: width and depth, attack at pace when opposition is unbalanced, commit numbers forward quickly, be direct in play, forward thinking/creative, options ahead of the ball - movement to receive/ create space to run into.
