THE SESSION: 3 v 2, Transition to defend
To start red have 2 players OOP on the mid line.
Team IP must get the ball over the mid line to score on goal
If Blue achieve pass to target player next 3 blue attack and next two red defend.
If Red win possession and score, next rotation is 3 x red v 2 x blue.
I.e Continuous 3 v 2's

Get the ball beyond the first line of press: Fast forward runs and passes
Constant rotations to loose defenders.
If runs drag 2 x defenders into attacking half player IP can step in to create 4 v 2 in attacking half.
Strong passes to safe side.
Be patient, we cant score quickly every time

THE SESSION: Transition to defend
Red defend the two goals in the red zone.
Blue the same in blue zone. Team IP can not score unless all their team in in the attcking half.
If the team IP scores and the defending team has not transitioned to their defemsive half goals count x 2.

Field size = 40 m x half field.

Add or remove defender depending on sucess
