ORGANIZATION:
2 X goalkeepers station at 1 goal who alternate after each shot
3 x players stationed at each position, LW, ST, 10 and RW.
Play starts with the the ST losing the active defender and choosing which wing to play from.
Once the ST touches the ball, the other 3 defenders behind the yellow cone become active and are unlocked.
ST drops off ball for the 10, 10 plays a through ball for the RW or LW. The RW or LW crosses the ball into the box for the 3 ATT players being the LW, ST and 10.
After each round the next colour will begin play and another colour will become the active defenders.
CONDITIONS
Must score within 8 seconds
Each player must take 2 x touch
Defenders can only be unlocked after the ST of the ATT team touches the ball.
COACHING POINTS
Matchday intensity
ST must protect, secure and lay off to 10 as CB is now active
10 Must play correct weight and direction of pass to the opposite winger
Winger MUST take a touch to initiate trigger for movement in the box.
LW must make far post run, 10 must make 45/ cut back run, ST must make near post run.
Runs must be timed according to winger 1st touch.
Look to finish across the GK.
Lean over the ball to keep the finish down.

4 vs 4 in the middle + 4 neutral players in the wide zones.
Team in possession must play to neutral winger to start play.
Winger to cross the ball into the box for attacking players in order to score.
Teams alternate after every 2 minutes.
CONDITIONS
Must score within 8 seconds of winning the ball
Winger must take 2 x touch
3 ATT players must enter ATT box in order to create a 3vs2 numerical advantage
