** It would be best suited to conduct the 7 drills 2Xs daily so you have a 25 -30 minute session (can be spread if you would like)

1.Same Drill but server rolls the oppsite side
and the GK dives the opposite way
2. Continue in a circle for 40 seconds
GOAL = 19

1. GK does an up/down on their stomach
2. Server rolls ball to their side
3..GK saves the ball and give it back
4. Repeat to the up/down and dive to opposit side
5. Continue for 40-seconds

Up/Down Drill
1. Gk drops to their side as if they dove, back up
2. Server throws a high ball the gk to save a their highest point
3. Repeate and drop to opposite side
4. Continue for 40-seconds

Jump over an obstcle:
Can be a hurdle, Tall cone, Pole, rope, etc
Goal = 23

*Triangle Breakaway Drill*
1. For 40-seconds, gk runs and dives
to each ball in a triangle
2. Once 40 seconds is over, switch sides
**Designed to dive in an 8 yard space (8x8x8)
if you do not have the space then condense it to a lower yardage
(5x5x5 or 6x6x6)
Goal = 10

Equipment needed: Create a goal by using sticks, cones, socks, etc
Need an item to place in the middle as a marker
Need at least one ball, 3 would be best
1. GK shuffles to middle marker and
2. steps to prepare to dive back towards starting area (near post)
3. Server kicks/rolls a low ball for the gk to dive. (3Xs)
4. Server then bounces a ball downwards at the post (3Xs)
5. Server then throws a medium height ball for the gk to save out of air (3Xs)
***Sound be a 40 second drill***
Switch sides and do the drill to the opposite side
