Technical
Organization:
-One grid
-Tall cones in the middle to pose as defenders
-Players at corners with ball
Instructions:
A) -Dribble to cone and perform inside/outside cut and return to starting point
- Alternate feet
B) -Dribble to cone and perform inside/outside cut towards right and left sides

Capture the ball game
Organization:
-Same as previous
-Replace cones with all the balls
Instructions:
-On coach's command, one player per team tries to collect the balls in the middle
-Only one player at a time from each team can be out of the corner
-Bring balls into their corner (safe zone)
-After all the balls in the middle have been collected, players can steal balls from other safe zone
