Instructions: pass recieve first touch across next grid and play two touch,progressions opposite foot ,outside foot,1-2
Progress diagonal balls ,1-2 ,turns from first touch
Coaching Points: crisp accurate passing ,good first touch ,body shape,head up to target,tempo

Instructions 2v2 ,player must round the net after shooting for recovery run,progress to touching the net, 3 v2

Instructions teams have to make 5 continous passes ,then dribble to team mate and make a cod turn ,back towards goal and have a finish,3 points for first 2 second 1 last ,3 points for small goals 1 for large.

Set Up:half field 2 target nets one full size
Instructions:one team attacks large goals defending team if they score in the target nets ,they switch to attacking team
Coaching Points: work on attacking the space work on all aspects of the session ,speed cod stop starts fients 1v1 2v2 and team play.

A dynamic warm up allowing players to practice ball mastery skills and tricks on the move.
Instructions:
All players should have a ball dribbling around the area performing ball manipulation skills, tricks, turns and feints.
Coaching Points:
Lots of touches of the ball - Coerver moves ,Using all different parts of the feet to dribble and turn. If limited space, lots of touches to control the ball.
Awareness of ball, space & other players - Encourage players to get their heads up when dribbling to be aware of the space and other players. If space in front, travel into the space with few touches.
Ball familiarity - Players to be comfortable on the ball and be confident in executing all skills and turns.
