Organization:
30 x 40 yard area
Divide field in half: 6 cones, 3 lines, 3 to 4 players per line
Defender decoy in the middle
Instructions:
- Players dribble to cone (mannequin) on the middle line and perform the inside/scissors.
Coaching Points:
- Using correct feet to execute move
- Angle of movement feint towards 2 o'clock to 10 o'clock (vice versa for opposite foot)
- Exaggeration of of shoulders and head to help sell the move more
- Head up to observe next course of action
- If wider touch taken with outside foot (might look to pass); if closer touch taken with outside of the foot (might look to seal off the defender and continue forward)
Progressions:
- Addition of semi-opposed pressure (players dribbling at each other)

Organization:
- 30 x 40 yard area
- Players split in teams with 1 end zone goal
Instructions:
- Teams take it in turns to try and score (dribbling through end zone) as soon as ball goes out or player scores, next pair goes.
- 10 second countdown per match
- 1st team to 10 points wins
Coaching Points:
- Get in line to receive the ball and head up to locate goal
- Recognition of defender (speed of approach)
- Choice of which goal to attack based on defender's pressure
- Quick decision to perform move
- Head up to find goal, seal off defender after move and accelerate to goal
Progressions:
- Add second end zone goal; 2 v 1, 2 v 2
- +2 for goals scored w/ weaker foot

Organization:

Instructions:
- Players with pennies tucked in shorts must run through the each zone without having their pennie pulled.
- 1 point for moving first zone, 2 for second zone, and 3 for third zone
Coaching Points:
- Attack defenders with speed/pace
- Look for open space, find the least resistance
- If contained by the defender, use appropriate move/feint to get to next level
- Don't wait for the defender, try to be unpredicatble
Progressions:
- Players must now dribble through the entire area for a point.

Agility Warm-up (10 mins)
I. Organization:
Start w/ agility poles spaced properly apart
Move to cones; 1st cone 10 lunges, 2nd cone 10 sit-ups, 3rd cone 10 push-ups
Next station; high knees one foot in each box, 2 feet in each box, bunny hop, icky shuffle (in-in, out-out) shuffle steps side to side, and then at bottom 2 feet in 2 feet out at the bottom.
II. Organization
Set-up passing arches appropriately spaced
2 lines of players work to pass the ball through the arches
Last player with ball dribbles ball back to the start; 2nd player runs back to start as well
Coaching Points:
- Speed and footwork during agility work
- Proper weight of pass
- Lock ankle; lean over ball
