Rules and Conditions
Groups of 16. Players play in 4 person alternating lines (Pink:Yellow:Pink:Yellow). Players have to stay inside their box and work with their team mates to prevent penetration by opposing team. Yellow are trying to play through pink to get to yellow team mates in second line. If pink win the ball, they have to play through yellow to 2nd pink line.
Progressions/Regressions
Allow 1dt defender to leave box and press into opponents box.
