SETUP
Balls start in both goals and each team starts with 2 players who stay on the edge of the offside line through the practice.
Coach stands on the side with a selection of footballs.
Ball starts with the goalkeepr who plays out to the supporting players who are involved in a 3v1 situation against the opposition, players start the practice in own half and look to build attacking phase by playing into striker.
One player then goes and supports the pass and joins in attacking phase creating a 2v1 scenario. The 3rd player then leaves the pitch at the half way line and joins the line by the side of the goal alongside the other oppsoition players.
The attacking phase is complete when a goalscoring opportunity is taken as soon as this happens then the opposition team send out 2 players to create a 3v1 in the opposite direction, the players who supported the attacking phase comes off the pitch by the goal alongside the other players.
The green team then repeat the process of playing the ball into the striker and one player joins in to create a 2v1 and the additional player leaves the pitch and joins the line by the side of the oposite goal. (The process is repeated and when the players are all at the opposite ends they started they start the practice continues in the opposite direction and the fixed players reverse roles (Striker becomes Defender and vice versa)
