Progression #1
Progression #1 - Split the field into 3 channels and apply different rules.
- You must possess is all 3 channels before scoring
- The number of channels you possess in and score = that number of points for the goal (e.g. possess in all 3 channels and score the goal is worth 3 points)
- If you cross from one wide channel to the other and score the goal is worth 3 points

Progression #2
Progression #2 - Add target players on the end line, one for each team.
- If you score a 1 touch finish from the target the goal is worth 2-3 points
- If you pass into the target they can now enter the field
- You must play into your target in order to unlock the goals

Progression #3
Progression #3 - 3 teams, 2 in the middle, 1 on the outside. Compete for time/first to 2 goals wins.
The team in possession can use any of the outside players and outsides can play outsides (8v4 shown above)

4 Goal Game. Blues attack the top goals and Whites attack the bottom goals. By having two goals to attack it encourages change of direction, switching the point of attack and playing out of pressure.
Some simple adjusts you can make is changing the width of the goals or the orientation of the field. The activities below show some different variations to the 4 Goal Game.
