Description
Bouncing the ball is the signal - Variation 2
1) The player on the back post makes the first movement to the shaded area to play a bounce pass with the corner taker. (decoy)
2) The ball is played to the corner of the box for a shot/cross to the back post.
Same movements from everyone else.
3) Three players make the movement towards the keeper blocking her ability to defend the back post.
4) The furthest player delays their movement and arrives at the back post to score or play the ball back across the goal.

Description
Two hands up is the signal - Variation 3
1)Set up similarly to the first two corners.
2)The player on the corner of the box receives a bounce pass in the shaded area.
3)The player in the middle of the goal makes the arched run to the back post.
4)All other players block/prevent their defend from entering the large shaded area.
ALL PLAYERS NEED TO CLEAR THE LARGE SHADED AREA.
5)The deep lying player makes a late run to receive the ball in the large shaded area, ideally a first time shot.

Description
One hand raised is the signal
1) The player on the back post makes the first movement to the shaded area to play a bounce pass with the corner taker.
2) The return pass opens the angel for the delivery in the box to be aimed at the back post.
3) Three players make the movement towards the keeper blocking her ability to defend the back post.
4) The furthest player delays their movement and arrives at the back post to score or play the ball back across the goal.
