The Attacking side aims to expose the opposition Full back into a 1 v 1 situation against their winger.
The PANNA warm up game, encourages creativity and confidence in a fun environment, as these are characteristics I want to see throughout the session.
The drill section, allows the players to solve the problem of moving the defence out of position, given the objective 'try to create 1 v 1 situations'
Moving in to the SSG the players now have to think about those movements in the context of a team framework, working to move a organised defence out of position. At this point, movement not only on and around the ball, but away from it too becomes important in creating these situations.

Organisation
3 v 3 in 30 x 30 square, player must stop ball on end line to score.
Keep score, make competitive. both teams attack and defend.
Players are told to try to create 1 v 1 situations for their team.
Players in teams with unit they play with. (e.g. LM, LCM, and Left Striker, against RB, RCM, RCB)
Key Factors
Width and depth of attack, to stretch defence.
Movement to create space for self and other teammates, (move defenders away to create 1 v 1)
Receive ball half turned to be able to travel forward and attack opponent 1 v 1
Speed of player, to pull defending side out of position to create 1 v 1
Dribbling technique when situation arises, Speed of approach, disguise, execution of skill, accelerate in to space, decision.
Confidence to take on 1 v 1 situations
Movements
In pitch one (left) the ball is played out to the wide player, the defender has gone out to press. The furthest forward blue player makes a run long and away from the player on the ball, to occupy the deepest red player, and take him away from the ball, the ball player drops deeper to offer further depth, and stretch the area as much as possible, attempting to occupy the 3rd red player, and isolate the pressing defender 1 v 1.
In pitch 2 (right) the furthest forward blue, drops deeper to receive bringing the defender with him, a quick first time pass out to the wide player, isolates the defender 1 v 1, before the deepest red defender can recover into a covering position.
These 2 basic pictures, highlight the key factors of movement off the ball, and quick play, both creating the 1 v 1 situations.

Organisation
8 v 9, No GK for Blues
Central area chamfered off where Red 10 would be looking to receive, no central goal, because of lack of centre backs and striker.
Small goals out wide for red team to attack. Reds must shoot within 10 seconds of having the ball.
Key Factors
Wingers maintain width - Stretches the defence, increase gaps between full back and centre back.
Quick movement of the ball to stop the defence becoming compact.
Movement - Wingers movement to receive in space/half turned - Other players movement to affect defenders and create space for winger.
In the example above, the ball goes to the winger, and the full back goes out to press. The 2 strikers peel away towards the box, for the cross, giving the RCB a problem, that he cannot come across to cover the RB, as an early cross into the box, the team would be overloaded at the far post. The LCM, offers an option for playing back again, as does the LB, trying to occupy the Red RCM, RM, avoiding them offering cover.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
What If?
In the example above, we see the Red RCM, covering the full back, to counter the movement of the forwards, meaking the RCB unable to move across. Meaning we have not managed to isolate the Full back 1 v 1. However, as a result of the RCM covering the right back, the LCM, LM have had to tuck across, as has the LB, due to the midfielder runner causing an overload in the penalty area.
This leave them open to the quick switch of play to open up the 1 v 1 situation on the right hand side.
This is made possible by the RM, maintaining his width throughout the attack, so the switch can be made early, to expose the defence over covering.

PANNA - Warm Up (10 mins)
Organisation
PANNA 1v1 nutmeg contest, all players inside one are.
40 x 40
Players pair off against opposite position (e.g right winger to pair up against left full back)
Key Factors
Encourage creativity in 1 v 1 situations, create confidence in the players, to try skills/tricks in a fun environment. Plenty of repetition of 1 v 1.
Must retain possession of the ball following nutmeg, so be aggressive in attacking space behind the defender.
Steady approach, disguise, execution of skill, accelerate into space.
