Screen 1

1 - Touch yellow cone, back pedal out of area, Receive ball and finish in goal A

2 - Touch blue cone, Back pedal out of area, Receive ball and finish in goal B

3 - Touch red cone, Receive ball inside the square, Take a touch between blue and White cones and shoot at goal C

4 - Touch white cone, Receive ball inside the square, Take a touch between Red and yellow cones and shoot at goal C

5, Receive the ball inside the square, take a touch forwards between yellow and blue cones and shoot at goal C

Complete using balls at station 1 and then 2nd round with balls at station 2

Set Up: Small area with target goals & different footwork patters in front, coach with balls positioned at different points: 

1) footwork movement through goals recieve pass & finish 

2) move to mannequin receive back to goal & finish

3) fast feet through hoops receive pass skill & finish.

Set up: 1 large goal & 2 small goals positioned to the side on an angle. Position 4 mannequins with a hoop behind each one in a diamond shape. 

1) Player starts at D, moves forward to A & plays a 1-2 with coach fast feet to opposite side of A & plays 1-2.

2) Player back peddles to B & repeats player 1-2 either side of B.

3) Player moves to inside of C PLays 1-2 with coach, moves to opposite side of C recieves back foot & plays into target goal 1.

4) Player moves back to middle of diamond & recieves a 2nd ball drives to D forward skill & shoots at goal 2.

5) Play will repeat but opposite movement A - C - B & shoot into goal 3, then 2.
