Finishing with simple passing and receiving on a wall pass then penetrate with pass to break defence line to finish on net

add defenders to create opposition.( yellow players)

Attackers have a set time to score in the 4v4 zones
Players will try to create over loads when attacking, the attacking players can move into any zone defenders MUST stay in there zones when defending. And visa versa when defenders are attacking.
If we have a large turn out at training we will do 4 players waiting on outside to join the game when a team score/ the team that score in any nets will defend that net.
