Warm Up
After dynamic stretching;
3 teams of 3 players. The team on the halfway line is the pressing team (green). Ball starts with end player (GK or CB) who plays in toattacking team (blue). Attacking team's aim is to transfer the ball to one of the three players in the opposite half (white), who then play into the end player (orange) to complete. If this happens, defending team (green) then press new team in possession (white).
If at any point, the defending team (green) win possession, or the ball goes out of play, play restarts with opposite end player, and the team giving up possession becomes the defending team.
2 minute bursts, dynamic stretching in between.
