Session Objective:
1st session back after break
-re-introduce players to high intensity trainning
-focus on constant work with and without the ball
-fitness

15 mins
3-Team Possession (15 min)
Organization:
-divide your group into 3 teams and give them different colours.
-3v3+3 (or 4v4+4) you may even add neutrals to suit numbers.
-2 teams are in possession, 1 chases; when a team loses possession, they become the group chasing and the other teams now work together.
-when a team becomes the defenders, they must come together and touch hands before they press the ball
Time/Sets:
-3 sets, 4 minutes each
Focus:
-little to no correction; coach during play.
-focus on quick ball movement and movement off of the ball for teams in possession.
-transition from attacking to defending and vice versa.
-defending team needs to work together.
Progression:
-when a team wins the ball, they must pass to their own colour first, before they can play the other team they are working with.

15 mins
4v4+4 Possession Game (15 minutes)
Organization:
-move the nets closer of the indoor 6v6 field
-3 teams in different colours of either 4v4+4 or 5v5+5.
-2 teams playing games to 2 or 3 minutes, winner stays on; if tied team that won last game goes off - must win to stay on!
-when you win by either scoring or having the lead at the end of 3 minutes, the team that stays switches to defened the goal they were attacking and the new team comes on and gets a ball from the GK at the end the last team was defending to start the next game.
-game is continuous, no breaks.
-the team that lost become the neutrals on the perimeter of the field (and possibly 1 player inside)
Objective:
-continuous play at high-tempo working on fitness
Time/Sets:
-first team to score 2 goals or 3 minutes
Focus:
-intense work
-all players staying connected to the play and attacking and defedning as a group.
Coaching Points:
-little correction of errors.
-coach-during play to prevent stoppages.
-continuous instensive conditioning.

8v8 SSG - Murder Ball
Organization:
-6 teams of 7 (adjust numbers as needed) with GK
-have at least 7 balls per field; 2 on each side and in each goal
-when the ball goes out the team that will be in possession grabs the nearest ball from the sideline and attacks immediately, no throw-ins or restarts from the GK
Time/Sets:
-games are 15 minutes in length
Focus:
-high tempo and intensity
-fitness in the game

-time permitting 2 games; 12 minutes in length

2+2v2+2 Adjacent sides (can be done with 3 players on the inside for 3+2v3+2)
Organization:
-15x15 yard grid (20x20 yard grid; depending on numbers) 2 teams of 4, each team plays with outside players on adjacent sides of the grid.
-start on 2 touches for all players
-score when teams complete 7 passes consecutively.
Progression:
-limit touches of outside players to 1.
-can do 1-touch for everyone if finding success.
Coaching Points:
-practicing tactics with little correction; coach-over during play.
-limit stoppages
Focus:
-continuous instensive conditioning
-speed of play
-movement off the ball
