⚽Practice Organization

  • Players have to follow the passing pattern and get advantage of the free space runs
  • Highly demanding aerobic exercise
  • According to the passing technique or the number of players that participate this exercise is leaning more towards the anaerobic capacity spectrum
  • Recommended for subgroups of 4-6 players

⚽Key Coaching Points

  • After the first break pass, the passing player has to play vertical pass and in the deep space
  • The free run players has to run behind the vertical pass. When he will get in contact with the ball he has drive it around the stick at the very top end
  • The next action is a 1-2 combination and a free drive till the offset of the passing pattern from the last player
  • We expect high level of passing 
  • We want the players to communicate verbally
  • Synchronization and timing is vital
