Method:
The green look to keep possession from the pink.
They must use the orange player to pass thru the rondo.
If pink win the ball then green become the defending team.
Coaching Points:
Orange player cannot pass back from where they received direct.

Method:
In this drill (PINK) start drill by passing from shaded area to their own teammate.
All teammates must get a pass and return to player in shaded area to score a point.
(GREEN) must try win ball back in middle Area.
Players in shaded areas cannot enter middle and players in Middle cannot enter shaded area.
Players in shaded area can move up and down the line. (Sideways).
Coaching Points:
1 or 2 touch.
Make sure players recognize the importance of playing in one pass.

Method:
A hits fizzed pass into C who can have one touch to set and shoot from outside the 18yard.
Once shot played then B passes inside 18yard but outside 6yard and first time shot.
Coaching Points:
Whoever scores both goes into playoffs till last one left who has two goals called winner
