Method:8V6 

Play out from the back .
Reds score in small goals, blues in big goals.

-The play will always start with the GK either from a goal kick or with the ball in the GK's hands / on the floor.

If ball goes dead we start from GK

* Set up as above for all the patterns we will work on - players must move into these positions when the GK has the ball

- CB's split to the edge of the penalty area, not the 6 yard box

- FB's to push high and wide

- DM drops in between CB's

-CM must be more central to protect the middle of the pitch but shuffle over to either FB who receives the ball to provide a passing option

Everyone must move as a block to the Side of the pitch play goes into, If ball is in the left hand zone no one should be in the right zone

-Moving as a block side to side

- Communication

- Types of passing, NO TIPPY TAPPY

- Closing down

- Movement to create Angles off the ball to receive passes
