One GK, Three Servers
GK starts in middle of goal, moves to face out at near post
1 - Server 1 passes ball on ground to GK to touch and return with feet (can be one touch)
2 - Server 2 strikes volley to hands, GK catches and bowls back
Server 2 then strikes inside for collapse dive, GK collects and returns
3 - GK moves back into goal for quick shot from Server 1
4 - GK moves across goal to face shot from Server 3 - looking to score
GK makes save - all rebounds are live
Repeat
Progression: Middle server (blue) strikes volley to start
Progression: If wide shot misses target or GK parries out-of-bounds, then Middle server (blue) strikes a shot on goal from around the penalty spot (keeps GK thinking and engaged)
Progression: Have one of two wider servers start wider and provide flighted service into the GK
CPs: clean and sharp movements, set and balanced, making proper decision when tired/under pressure

GK starts in goal with wide server on one side, one receiver wide, and one striker at top of box
Server (near endline) tosses or strikes a service for GK to collect.
- To make more gamelike, allow initial server to dribble toward endline or goal if desired
Once GK plays the initial service, distributes out to wide receiver (kick, bowl, or throw)
Top striker prepares for a shot on goal - GK drops into goal in order to defend shot
Progression - allow initial server to directly play top striker for a shot
Take 3-4 rotations then switch
CPs - Balance in movement, attacking service (with Keeper call), proper distribution, quick footwork to get into position on ball-line, set before striker hits, effort effort effort

Old School Activation (10 mins)
Simple activation work to prep GKs for various actions.
Notably, get in a warmup of movement prior to activation
1) GK side on, server calls Turn, GK turns square to server for volley - Reps as desired
2) GK double-tap footwork over line/hurdle/cone then set for volley - Reps as desired
3) Spread save position for volley - stretch out hips and hamstrings - Reps as desired
4) Butt-Knees-Feet - get used to hitting the ground - Reps as desired
CPs: Build in pace as we go along, touching on footwork/handling/spread shape/diving, technique is important
Coach Note: College GKs especially for this activation routine.
