5v5 with offside lines. Coach players to possess the ball until team can play penetrating ball to a teammate behind offside line. Quick passing to break down defenders and create numbers up opportunities.

Players play 3v3+1 until they think they can break into small grid to beat players 1v1. Dribble across line for point. Coach players to play possess the ball and develop situations to play behind for 1v1 opportunities.

Each group goes for 15 minutes. Group 1 goes in 3 minute intervals with 1 minute break between each rep.
Coach technique and encourage maximum effort. While fatigued, players must maintain focus and technique.
Passing & Receiving
In FIG 1, Player A plays to Player B, A follows his pass. B receives across his body and plays to C, B follows his pass. C receives across body and plays to A, C follows his pass. Repeat. Go 5 times counter clockwise, then 5 times clockwise.
In FIG 2, A plays to B. A supports ball and B plays back to A who plays into a spinning B. B then repeats process with C. Always follow your pass.
In FIG 3, A plays to B who plays back to A who plays directly to C supported by B who plays directly to A and repeat.
