Team 1 Blue are in possession and looking to play the ball forward through the 3 zones, ball must be touched in each zone before the attackers can have a shot on one of the 2 goals.
If Red team win the ball you go back to coach to reset, will swap around after a period of time.
Ball must be touched in each area a minimum of 1 times.
Progression 1
Blue team can send play from middle zone to help create a 3 v 2 overload
