Set-Up:
- 6vs4 plus GK
- 4vs3 in the defensive half
- 2 attackers and 1 defender in the middle zone
- 1 big goal and 2 mini goals
Instructions:
- The attacking team (red) starts with the ball and looks to get the ball into one of their strikers.
- As soon as the balls played in players are no longer restricted and can attack the goal.
- If the defenders (blue) win the ball they can score on the mini-goals.
- If the ball goes out, play is restarted in the defensive half.
Coaching Points:
- Decision Making: When do you play into the feet of the striker?
- In small spaces, can players look to constabtly move to get on the ball.

Organization:
- 7vs7
- Reds play 2-4-1 or 2-3-2. Blues play 3-2-1

Main Activity (15 mins)
Organization:
- 3 Teams
- 1 team of defenders in the middle zone
- Balls start with the coach
Instructions:
- Blues and reds are playing with each other and are looking to switch the play for a point.
- Each green defender has a number and must pressure the ball when their number is called.
- Every few minutes teams take turns to defend
- Defenders in the zone are unable to block the switched pass to begin with.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Look up to indentify pressure
- Body postion to play foward
- Movement into space to recieve short and switched passes.
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: 2 pugg nets are added (see next slide)
- P: Green players can prevent the ball from being switched
