SSG
Red Formation - 2-3-3 (11vs11 = 4-3-3). GK, 2 CB's, 2CDM's, 1 CM, Two 10's, Striker.
Blue Formation - 3-4-1 Diamond MF4 (11vs11 = 5-4-1)
Conditions.
- Blue Team has 10 seconds to score.
- Red Team has 20 seconds to score.
Red Team;
- Can CM's link with 10's to create combination play and overloads.
- Can two 10's combine with Midfield and Striker within Zone 14.
- Can 9 play with back to goal as target player for 10's to play into and create "give and go" situations in Zone 14.
- Can One 10 look to play off the touch of the 9 when ball is played into them.
Equipment.
- 2 Full-size goals.
- Cones.
- Bibs (9 red, 9 blue).

Set-Up.
- 2 Yards inside from Full-Width of 18 yard box. (40 yard width pitch).
- Half-way line to Goal Line.
- Flat Markers placed as a Half way line to determin to sperate smaller zones inside the coned pitch.
Conditions.
- Players must stay within their Zone or given half (3 reds & 3 blues in each half of the pitch).
- When a one team scores they keep the ball in their teams possession and start from the GK they just scored past.
(E.G. If the Blue team score in the goal labelled '1', the Yellow GK then grabs a ball and plays it out to the Blue team who are now scoring in goal labelled '2').
- Players set up in a 3-2-1 formation (Back 3, Two 10's and a Striker). The roles change when scoring in opposite goals.
(Red team players Defending goal '1', players in that half of the field would be a Back 3. Whereas, when attacking Goal '1' they would become the Two 10's and Striker attacking the Goal).
- If blue are attacking Goal '1' and the Red Team win the ball back, Reds can then go and Attack goal '2'.
Coaching Points;
- Quality of pass.
- Type of pass.
- Body position when receiving the pass.
- Movement to receive the pass.
- Movement on and off the ball.
- Decision Making (What pass, when to pass, Who to pass too, When to pass or shoot).
- Communication when in and out of possession and when ball is turned over.
Coaching points for Two 10's:
- Starting position.
- Body Position (side on).
- When receiving pass, Check shoulder & Scan for defenders and to see where team mates are (9 and 10).
- Try to have an idea on what to do with the ball before you actually have the ball (think about pass before you have the ball).
- When attacking, can you play "give and go's" as a pair to beat defenders.
- Split passes betwen defenders to play in Striker on goal.
- One player drop in to receive the ball off of 'Defending player' to turn out and play high tempo.
