Organization: 2v2 with strength / power emphasis
Time: 2 balls for each repetition | 2 sets of each repetition per player during the breaks of the possession game shown on prior screen
Explanation: On the whistle each player goes through the circuit and then they try to get to the ball first and score on opposite goal. When ball is out the coach plays another ball in.

Sectorial Game: Focusing on creating and finishing chances in the attacking 3rd
Organization: 5v5 +GK
Space: 50m x 50m
Time: 4 x 4min sets with 2 min rest in between
Explanation: Focus team blue has 2 attacking kids and front 3. Opposition team red is defending in a back 4 and the Defensive mid in front of defense. If ball goes out of bounds it restarts with blue GK. Red have 6 seconds to score when in possession but their goals count double.

Position-Specific: Attacking Principles - Wingers, Center Forward, Attacking Mid
Organization: 6 blue players vs 5 red and a GK. Blue attack big goal while the reds the two counter goals.
Space: Full half of the field
Time: 4 repetitions per interval 2 on either side | 4 intervals with 2 min rest in between
Explanation:
3 sequences: 1) Coach plays ball to the side where it is a 2v1 situation. Work on winger to either cut inside and shoot or play in behind for a cut back pass. Forward opposite side winger and attacking mid attack the box for a 1 touch finish
2) 2nd GK plays ball to top of the box for a shot from outside the box to the attacking mid or a winger
3) 2nd GK plays a pass in the box for a quick reaction finish
Target players are the Full Backs, wingers, the center forward and the number 10.
Coaching Points:
Recognize 2v1 and decision on cutting inside or playing the pass in behind on the half-space
Quality of shot with a diagonal angle
Quality of cutback pass in the box
Good movement from forward, attacking mid and opposite winger to attack the box
Ability to shoot from outside the box in case of a 2nd ball
Ability to finish 1 touch on a reaction finish

Space: 22m x 22m box with a 10x10 smaller box in the middle
Time: 3 x 4 min intervals in between intervals 2v2 exercise shown on following screen
Explanation: Play starts with 4v2 in smaller box. If blue players win the ball they go to 6v4 possession against the red. If Red win the ball from the 6v4 they try to quickly score on the counter goals. Blue scores by completing 6 passes on the 6v4 possession. Red can score from scoring on the counter goals or from making 8 passes on the 4v2 possession.
Attacking Transition:
Ball out of pressure area
Decide if you can go on goal or move the ball to open opposition
Defensive Transition:
Immediate counter press from closest player to the ball
Prevent ball moving forward by blocking forward options
Get compact to prevent shots towards goal
