Set-Up
- Hexagon shape
- 3 players from each team on the outside
- 4 players from each team in the middle
- Two pugg nets either side
- Balls with coach
Instructions:
- Players can use the centrally positioned end player as a bounce/striker to break out and score in the goals.
- To begin with only 1 attacker and 1 defender can break out.
Progression:
- Have 2 attackers break out and 1 defender
Coaching Points
- Can player use staggered/delayed movement to lose a defender
- Do players time their run when breaking out?
- Do they recognize which player should support eg; ball player or runner?

Set Up:
- 3vs3 in each half + 2 neutrals
- 50x30
- 4 pugg nets
Instructions
- Teams must stay in their half with the exception of the neutrals
- Teams look to combine with nuetrals to break into the other half and score on the pugg.
Coaching Points:
- Can attacking players in the other half compliment each others movement eg; show for feet or run in behind?
- How do the nuetral players support? Are they wide or do they occupy space in the middle.
