Setup:
35x25 Grid
2 teams of 4 plus 4 neutrals
Neutrals are always, #'s 4, 5, 6, 10
Activity:
Team in possession tries to combine with neutrals to make 10 passes for a goal.
When defending teams wins ball they take attacking shape and try to keep possession.
Coaching Points:
+ Go over positions in rondo and players play their positions in defense and attack
+ Use all of the space when in possession
+ Create angles and receive across body

Setup:
2 teams
Cones/poles as shown to denote defenders
Balls with GK
Activity:
Working both left and right sides at same time.
Ball starts with GK and plays through the lines to get ball to Target player in box.
Players decide on pattern based on movement.
Player stays at same position (no rotations)
Coaching Points:
+ Losing your marker
+ creating angles
+ receive across body to play up field

Setup:
Attacking team of 7 + GK
Have players run out with cone and setup in their starting position
Defensive team of 4
Activity:
Target players play long ball into keeper. Team collapses on ball to make sure keeper has it and then flares out to positions to build out of back.
Team combines to get ball into Targets who then switches to other target and plays ball into keeper.
Coaching Points:
+ Ensure proper width and depth
+ Movement off ball to prevent counter attacks (CBs pinching in if ball goes to other side)
+ Defense should be in a diamond shape to start

Other team as 1-3-3
Activity:
Normal soccer rules with one team going to big goal and other going to small goals.

Teams of 7, players numbered 1-7
Activity:
Teams sends over 2 defenders (#s 1&2 for first round).
Team in possession uses other 5 players to setup as building out of back.
Play 2 minute rounds, then rotate defenders.
10 passes = 1 goal. Defense can score in goal behind CBs.
