Outfield players: 14
Goalkeepers: 2
Equipment: Colored cones
Timing: 15 minutes

2. On coach or goalkeeper command, defenders come out in pairs, First and second defender (switch roles).
3. On coach or goalkeeper command, the first player in each line comes out to create a line of three. The three players on the red cones interpass using a two-touch restriction. Defenders adjust position as the ball moves (pressure, cover, balance).
