Two Teams - Two Per Team in the Middle, Rest on the Outside
Supply of Balls
Aim:
Teams try to make 10 passes. If they succeed, one of their teammates from the outside can join them in the middle to create an overload.
Rules:
-Outside Players cannot pass directly to another outside player - must play to a teammate inside the area
-Outside Players on Two-Touch
-Inside Players No Limit on Touches
-Must make 10 Passes to release a teammate to come inside the area.
-Ball goes out - Restart from the Coach

-Move the Ball Quickly
-Double Movements to get away from Opposition
-Shielding the Ball in a tight situation
-Firm accurate passes

-End Players Aim to Pass to the Common Player on the Inside Whenever Possible - if not then to the team that passed to them
-End Players can play a One-Touch Pass to the Opposite End Player - Extra Support Player-But can ONLY be done One-Touch
