Diamond passing into finishing
Player 1 & 2 play a 1-2 combination. Player 1 plays a driven ball into feet of player 3, while this is happening, player 4 makes an underlapping run and shoots near post.
CP:
Timing of Runs - Player 4 starts run as soon as Player 1 plays the entry ball.
Setting the ball - receiving player should meet the ball and deal with it first time
Clean Finishing - shooting on mini goals in the corners. Finishing 1 time

Diamond passing into finishing
Player 1 & 2 play a 1-2 combination. Player 1 plays a driven ball into feet of player 3, while this is happening, player 4 moves inside of mannequin. Player 4 then plays player 2 who has timed their run and receives the ball in order to finish.
CP:
Timing of Runs - Player 2 holding run, staying level with mannequin and arriving at pace
Supporting angles - Player 4 receiving on a straight angle from player 3 to play player 2
Setting the ball - receiving player should meet the ball and deal with it first time
Clean Finishing - shooting on mini goals in the corners. Finishing 1 time

3 Grids
2 15W X 12L Grids with a 15W X 5 L Grid in the middle.
3 teams one in each grid. The team in the middle grid is defending and can only send one defender at a time. You can add a second defender depending on numbers and player ability.
The team in possession looks to make 3-5 passes (Depending on age and ability) and then looks to play the opposite side by splitting the middle grid. The players in the middle can intercept passes.
If the ball goes out or the middle team intercepts quick transition and the team that lost the ball is in the middle
