Exercises with Other Players
1. Recieve pass in the middle, control pas back and check away. Repeat and check to opposite side
2. Double Juggle. Juggle the ball between you 200 times
3. Feed and Volley/Control. 1 player feeds the ball at different heights, other plays back.
4. Pass and move. Take 2 touches at first. Play pass to the left (A), move to the right. Next player passes long (B) and repeat for a certain period of time

Individual Summer
Individual Activities 1 minute of work followed by 45 seconds of rest. Repeat each exercise 3-5 times. Start to decrease rest time as it becomes easier.
1. Figure 8 Dribbling using 1 foot, Opposite foot and then both feet
2. Turns and touches - V touches, L turns, Cruyff turns, Drag Back turns etc. Turn or move should be done at one cone and after turn/ move ball should be pushed past opposite cone to promote change of pace
3. Beat the player. Place a cone/person in the middle and beat them/it with a move.
4. 200 Juggles. How many attempts does it take you to get to 200?
5. Extra individual work - toe taps/brazilian toetaps, scissors/ bell touches/foundations
