Phase:
Back third possession, releasing FB's and entry into the DCM.
The area provides the DCM (red 6) and CM's (red 8 and 10) with reference points for when, where and how they can take up positions to support the back 4, provide balance and release or combine with the FB's (red 2 and 3).
Organizations:
Timing of the pass and limited touches on the ball release the FB's to advance.Positioned along the lines or inside the area against 3 x Defenders (blue) inside the area, with only 2 of the 3 Defenders allowed in a half (16x12) at any one time to defend.Red CM's (8 & 9), CB's (4 & 5) can only operate on their designated 12-yard line. Red DCM (6) can go anywhere in the grid. If the blue team wins the ball, they play 3v1 and/or find the coach with the pass.Focus areas:

Playing out of defense with additional players to create the switch for advancing FB's (red #2). The need to simulate the movement of all red players along their grid lines. Accentuate the FB's. CB's & ACM's movement to receive the ball on the foot to open the field and therefore limit touches.

Emphasis on producing clean passes and crossing leading to a high volume of servoces to finish. All the movements should be conducted at 70%. This will allow players to focus on technique.
