Description

At the signal of the coach, the first players of both rows start leading the ball
The two players point to the template positioned in front of them and perform the feint requested by the coach
Once past the silhouette, they drive the ball quickly to finish on goal, with the obligation to shoot before crossing the median line of the field.
Once concluded, the player will go to position himself in defense of his own goal by exchanging with the teammate who has just tried to block the opponent's shot.
The goalkeeper recovers the ball and goes to position himself in the rear of his starting row.

Organisation

  • Create a playing field 25 meters long by 20 meters wide with the cones. In the middle of the short sides of the rectangle, place two doors of a size suitable for the category of boys we are training. Divide the court into two halves of equal size with a central dividing line made with markers. On the side of the two gates, create a starting gate from where the players of both challenging teams will start in the motor-technical course (pairs of red and blue cones). About 5 meters from each starting gate, place a template (in the absence of two pairs of crossed poles) that simulates an opponent. The two teams made up of five players each (red and white team in the figure), place four players in a row behind the two starting gates; one quatern per gate. All players with a ball. The fifth player of both teams is placed as a goalkeeper to defend the goal.

RULES

Do not cross the center line of the pitch to shoot on goal
Change the goalkeeper at every shot, especially in the categories of the youngest
Vary the type of feint and dribble to perform to overcome the silhouette
Invert the positions of the starting gates with respect to the doors, thus also reversing the direction of execution of the exercise
