Organization
- Use 2 end goals (7v7 or 4v4 pitch);
- 2 groups of 4-6.
- Keep 2 mannequins prom previous
Activity
- Player 1 play to player 2
- Player 2 will meet the ball and play first time in to player 3
- Player 2 will follow the pass & run into space
- Player 3 will play in to space for player 3 to run on and strike at goal
Player rotation: 1 > 2; 2 > 3; 3 fetch the ball >W; W > 1.
Variation
1. Player 2 makes straight run & player 3 plays into that channel
2. Players start same positions but ball starts opposite side and ball now moves counter clockwise.
Progression
- Player 1 play to Player 3 who will set back to player 2 who will take the touch past the mannequin before finishing
Coaching Points
Approach ball on slight angle
Standing foot inline with ball, but shoulder width away from it
Arms out for balance
Strike the middle of the ball

Organization
- Using half of the field
- Equally spread out two larger goals either side of a smaller goal
- Create 5v5 teams
Activity
- Players will play 5v5 with the intention of scoring as many goals as possible in a 3 minute period
- Any goal that comes from a 1-2 will be double points
Coaching Points
- Focus should be placed on the players having the confidence to shoot and finding the space to get shots off
- Highlight the different ways we can create the space to shoot

Organisation
- 3-4 groups working with 3-4 goals & mannequins
(stations can operate in parallel to make it easier to coach/control)
- Different constraints for each eg.
*Scissors to the right >> right foot finish; same to the left.
*Right V-pull around cone >> push past mannequin; same to the left. (yellow)
*Nutty the hoop >> push past mannequin (white)
*Fake & Take past mannequin: to the left: to the right (black)
