4 v 2 Long Shots and Follow Up Rebounds 

7 v 7 played in a structure, two attackers in the opposition half and a midfield 4. Free play, the midfield 4 must work a shot on goal from within their half goalkeepers are encouraged to push the ball away into space, attackers must remain alert to the second ball and try to score, defenders likewise, must be ready to compete for the second ball then start their own attack.

Fly By: Take a chance on goal whenever there is a yard of space.
